Shri Rajani Ranjan Rashmi, IAS (MN:1983), Additional Secretary, Department of Commerce, Ministry of Commerce and Industry as Additional Secretary, Ministry of Environment, Forest and Climate Change vice Shri Hem Kumar Pande, IAS (WB:1982) on his appointment as Secretary, Department of Official Language, Ministry of Home Affairs.
